    Main Level:

    - Four master bedrooms; each with one king, one twin & private bath.

    Second Floor:

    - 1 master bedroom with king bed
    - 1 "dormitorio" room with 4 twin bunk beds (ideal for children or young adults)
    - 1 large double-bath, shared by both bedrooms.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Full refund of deposit: w/ 3 months written notice
    50% refund of deposit: w/ 1-3 months written notice
    No refund: w/ less than 1 month written notice


    Note: Additional nightly charge of $100/per person for more than double occupancy.

    50% deposit required to confirm your reservation. Final 50% balance due one month prior to arrival.
